Great Blueberry Smoothie Recipe!

Blueberry Smoothie
By Bonnie Tandy Leblang, R.D.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh (or frozen unsweetened) blueberries
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
cinnamon stick for garnish

207 calories

Directions:
1.Mix the blueberries, skim milk, dry milk, lemon juice, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired, and serve with a straw.
